This notice describes the project-texting program for Noah Construction and Handyman Services. It covers conversations customers start by texting our business number, including project questions and photos. Estimates and scheduling decisions remain with the owner. It does not describe a marketing subscription.

Information used for your project

We receive your phone number, text messages, and any photos or other attachments you choose to send. Messages may include your name, project location, measurements, and other project details. Our systems also keep message identifiers, timestamps, delivery information, and records of your texting preferences to manage the conversation and avoid duplicate replies.

Please do not text passwords, payment-card details, tax documents, government identification, or other sensitive documents. Send only the information and photos needed to discuss your project.

How we use this information

We use it to respond to your inquiry, understand the work, organize project details, prepare estimates for owner review, and discuss scheduling. Automated assistance may help organize messages, interpret project photos, draft responses, or ask project questions. Prices, estimates, and scheduling commitments require owner approval; they are not automatically committed or sent.

Service providers

Providers that operate our messaging and application services may process information to deliver these functions. These include Twilio for messaging and delivery information, application hosting providers for storing and running the intake system, and OpenAI when AI assistance is enabled. Relevant messages and, when enabled, project images may be sent for AI processing. Their processing is also governed by the terms and policies applicable to those services.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your mobile number, share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, or share your text-message opt-in information for those purposes. Service providers may process information to support this project-texting program. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

Storage and requests

Project conversations and operational records are stored in the systems used to run this service. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. You may contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. We will review the request and explain what can be changed or removed, including any records needed for existing work or obligations.

Your texting choices

Texting us about a project permits a response about that inquiry. A phone number entered into a general contact form does not by itself enroll you in this texting program. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to tell us to stop project texts. You can also contact us by email or phone for assistance.
